The Snead State women's basketball team defeated Volunteer State 72-60 to pick up their first win of the 2018-2019 season.
Returning sophomore Catlin Carter had 24 points for Snead State. She picked up four rebounds, had three assists and five steals.
Tamia Willingham-King scored 15 points for the Lady Parsons. She also had 10 rebounds.
